Autosubscribe Program Terms & Conditions.
By enrolling in the Generations Skincare Autosubscribe Program, you agree to the following terms:
- Subscription Management
All subscriptions must be managed directly through your customer account. Generations Skincare is unable to process manual cancellation requests on behalf of customers.
- Billing & Order Processing
Subscriptions are billed automatically based on the delivery frequency selected at checkout. Customers are responsible for monitoring upcoming billing dates and managing their subscriptions accordingly.
- Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be completed prior to the next scheduled billing date. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled without incurring fees.
- Processing Fee for Post-Charge Cancellations
If a cancellation request is made after an order has been processed, a 6% processing fee will be applied. This fee covers transaction costs associated with both the original charge and the refund and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- Shipping Policy
If product has been shipped, shipping costs are non refundable and product must be returned to receive a refund.
- Discount Eligibility
Subscription pricing is reserved for ongoing subscribers. Accounts that repeatedly subscribe and cancel may be restricted from future promotional pricing or program participation.
- Program Modifications
Generations Skincare reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Autosubscribe Program at any time without prior notice.
- Agreement
By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
